By accessing or using the Jyajo Platform — including our website, mobile applications, and related real-estate marketplace services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use Jyajo, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Nepal
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may use the Jyajo Platform to:

• Search for properties for sale or rent
• Contact property owners, sellers, or agents
• Publish property listings for sale or rent
• Use Jyajo tools and services in a lawful manner

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable local regulations.

4. Listing Responsibilities

Property owners, brokers, and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of their listings, including:

• Listing accuracy — pricing, availability, location, and amenities
• Ownership authenticity and legal authority to list the property
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accuracy of uploaded photographs and media

Jyajo reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Content

Users shall not upload, publish, or distribute the following on the Platform:

• Fake or fraudulent listings
• Fraudulent ownership claims or misleading pricing
• Duplicate listings for the same property
• Offensive, defamatory, or harassing content
• Illegal property advertisements
• Copyright-infringing material or spam

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. User Obligations

All users of the Jyajo Platform agree to:

• Protect their login credentials and not share account access
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Communicate respectfully with other users, agents, and Jyajo staff
• Avoid any misuse or abuse of the Platform and its features
• Notify Jyajo immediately of any unauthorized account access

7. Disclaimer

Jyajo acts solely as a digital real-estate marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, renters, and agents. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Jyajo does not:

• Own, rent, or sell any listed properties
• Guarantee the completion or legality of any transaction
• Provide legal ownership verification unless explicitly stated
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

Users are responsible for conducting their own independent verification before entering into any property transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyajo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Property or ownership disputes between parties
• Pricing conflicts or inaccurate listing information
• Third-party fraud or misrepresentation
• Financial losses arising from any transaction
• Platform downtime, errors, or data loss

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination

Jyajo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or poses a risk to the platform community — without prior notice.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team or through account settings.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with Jyajo — including but not limited to website design, mobile applications, source code, databases, platform architecture, search systems, logos, icons, and branding assets — are exclusively owned by Jyajo unless otherwise stated.

"Jyajo" and all associated logos are proprietary trademarks of Jyajo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Jyajo trademark or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Jyajo content without prior written consent from Jyajo.

11. Copyright & User Content Licensing

By uploading content to Jyajo — including property photos, descriptions, and other media — users grant Jyajo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and market such content across Jyajo services. Users retain original ownership of all uploaded content.

If you believe copyrighted material has been used on Jyajo without authorization, please submit a complaint with the following information to copyright@jyajo.com:

• Your full legal name and contact details
• Description of the copyrighted material
• Proof of ownership
• URL(s) of the infringing content

Jyajo reserves the right to remove infringing content, suspend accounts, and permanently terminate repeat copyright offenders.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
