All content, technology, and branding associated with Jyajo are protected under intellectual property law. This page outlines ownership rights, trademark usage, user content licensing, and how to report copyright concerns.

1. Ownership

All intellectual property associated with Jyajo is exclusively owned by Jyajo unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with Jyajo — including but not limited to the following — are exclusively owned by Jyajo:

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Jyajo intellectual property without prior written consent from Jyajo.

2. Trademark Notice

"Jyajo" and all associated logos, wordmarks, and brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks of Jyajo. These marks are protected under applicable trademark laws.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Jyajo:

  • Using the Jyajo name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context
  • Reproducing or distributing Jyajo branding materials
  • Creating confusingly similar marks, names, or designs
  • Implying affiliation with or endorsement by Jyajo without consent

Requests to use Jyajo trademarks for press, partnership, or other legitimate purposes may be directed to legal@jyajo.com.

3. User-Generated Content License

By uploading or submitting content to Jyajo — including property photographs, videos, descriptions, reviews, and other media — you grant Jyajo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Display and publish your content across Jyajo services
  • Reproduce and distribute your content for platform purposes
  • Use your content in promotional and marketing materials
  • Adapt your content for different formats and devices

This license exists solely to allow Jyajo to operate and promote the platform. You retain full original ownership of all content you upload. You may request removal of your content at any time by deleting your listing or contacting support.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license, and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that copyrighted material has been published on Jyajo without your authorization, you may submit a copyright complaint. To be valid, your complaint must include the following information:

  • 1 Your full legal name and contact details (email address and phone number)
  • 2 A clear description of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed
  • 3 Proof of ownership or legal authority over the copyrighted material
  • 4 The specific URL(s) on Jyajo where the infringing content appears
  • 5 A statement confirming that your complaint is made in good faith and is accurate

Jyajo will review all valid complaints promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

Jyajo has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights will be permanently removed from the platform.

In cases of confirmed copyright infringement, Jyajo reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content immediately
  • Issue a formal warning to the account responsible
  • Suspend the account pending investigation
  • Permanently terminate accounts that are repeat offenders
  • Cooperate with legal authorities where required by law

Users whose accounts are terminated for repeat infringement will not be eligible to create new accounts on the Jyajo platform.

6. Governing Law

This Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with intellectual property rights or copyright infringement claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
